There is so much happening all over the world. We have to stay inside and keep distance. We are asked to take responsibility in forms we didn’t know before.
As a body- psychotherapist I have to be creative in these times. That’s why, I offer online sessions now, so we can continue/start the process. If you can’t come or want to come to my office for a session with 1,5 meter distance, we can still work online. I want to share with you that I am surprised and super happy how well this is working. I can still be there for people who need support, I guess we all do. I believe in times where everything is closed and we live in log-downs it’s important to stay open ourselves. It’s important to stay open towards ourselves and others, to keep on breathing, feeling and dealing with our emotions, fears and sorrows.
In my experience, online sessions work very well. I see my clients are very happy with them. In the beginning was the question if an online session would serve my clients and their processes enough. I can answer with a big YES. My clients and I are very satisfied with it.
Online sessions are different though from face-to-face sessions just like a group session is different from an individual session. All of them do offer the space and chances to explore together, to go deeper, to be supported, to learn, to feel and to grow.
How does it work?
I am here for you! I offer online sessions through video calls. I use a Dutch platform for psychologists and therapists which is well protected and corresponding with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you have made an appointment with me (by phone or e-mail), you receive an e-mail a day before our session. This e-mail contains a link which is basically your entrance key to the online session. You click on the link and your session will start when we both are ready for it. If you have any questions send me an e-mail or give me a call.
* Sessions can be held in English, Dutch and German
